At Naked Rituals, each product is carefully crafted and checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We currently do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

However, we do provide an exchange policy in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken.

• To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

• Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same or a similar item of equal value.

• Exchanges are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind or minor variations in colour or texture, as many of our products are handcrafted and unique.
